For adults and children ages 5–11, enter your party’s total servings: two choices per person. Each upgrade replaces one choice. Leave unused choices blank or at zero. You can also choose all proteins later.

Meals for children under 5 will be discussed when confirming your event.

Gratuity is optional and calculated on meals + estimated travel.
